exactly is covered?
Painted surfaces are protected against fading and loss
of gloss from any environmental or weather induced
source. Interior leather, vinyl and cloth materials are
covered against permanent staining. Stains which are
covered by the guarantee and those excluded are listed
within the text of the guarantee and should be read
thoroughly before purchase.
Are there any special products I should use on the
exterior and interior of my vehicle?
No. Although we recommend the use of our Show & Shine
Maintenance products any good car wash or wax product
may be used on the vehicle's painted surfaces.
What is my responsibility for maintaining my vehicle?
All you need to do is wash your vehicle occasionally and
remove any build-up on your paint with the paint
conditioner given to you at the time of installation.
How do I file a claim if I have damage?
It's as simple as calling our 800# and requesting a
claim form. Each guarantee contains the information you
need to file a claim.
What if I sell my vehicle?
Although the coverage ends at the time you sell or trade
your vehicle, the subsequent purchaser or dealer can
apply for a transfer, thus increasing the value of your
vehicle by extending the coverage to the next owner.
Who does the repairs if I have a claim?
In most cases your selling dealer will perform all paint
repairs in their body shop or detail center. Interior
repairs will be made by a National company which
specializes in cloth, vinyl and leather repairs. You
will be contacted and your vehicle will be processed at
your home or dealer.
What if I move or get transferred?
Show & Shine has dealers in many parts of the United
States. If, by chance, you move to an area that has no
dealer, you will be instructed to get estimates from
local companies and submit those estimates with a copy
of your guarantee and proof of purchase. |
